  • 2 burratas cheese
  • Dried tomato paste
  • Basil
  • Truffled honey
  • Olive oil
  • Edible flowers to decorate

Préparation

  1. Triturate olive oil and basil.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut the top, empty carefully and spice.
  3. Fill each tomato with Burrata cheese.
  4. Put dried tomato paste on the top of each piece, add a little basil, olive oil and a teaspoon of truffle honey.
  5. Decorate with a few leaves of edible flowers
